Call Centre

Vurella’s call centre solution provides a fully featured ACD package, including a wallboard to display live statistics for both inbound calls and the state of each agent. A supervisor application is also included and enables a range of reports to be generated on the fly or periodically.

With Vurella’s call centre, agents can now also work remotely using Rainbow on a PC or even via their smartphone to accept calls.

Applications & Integration

Call Centre Agent

Vurella’s Rainbow agent is available on PC or Mobile and provides agents with the freedom to work from home. Despite the agent working externally, the supervisor can still monitor the agents presence, and what’s more, the agent does not need a VPN, just a standard internet connection.

Rainbow Console

Our Rainbow console enables operators to manually handle inbound calls from multiple queues. Offering a comprehensive feature set, the console includes a multiline call display, contact directory, dial pad, call controls, scheduled call back facility, and is also tightly integrated with our ACD solution, allowing calls to be transferred to agent queues using drag & drop.
